Join us for an afternoon of creative exploration - Life Drawing. We will combine a Dark Moon womens circle with a focus on letting go and a conversation about body image and finding peace and love in our own skin. Julia, our life drawing model, will sit for us and we will explore our creativity and the female form. This will not be a guided tutored session but an opportunity for free creative expression.

New Moon Women’s Circle

Come and connect with other women on this New Moon. It’s a time to release anything from the cycle before ready to call in our intentions for the coming lunar cycle, connect with other women and deeply connect with yourself. This is a divine ceremony.

This is an intimate gathering where women have the opportunity to share their thoughts and feelings in a safe space, free of judgement. Here you’ll learn the art of holding space for others - deep heartfelt listening and witnessing others.

What to expect:

Sit in sacred circle with other women, share from the heart and be witnessed, an opportunity of reflection and calling in intentions for the month to come. We may share a topic for discussion or allow a theme to develop - the power of circle often shows us what calls to be uncovered. Circle is such a nourishing ceremony, when women gather and connect our oxytocin hormone is released and this is our connection and relationship/love hormone. This is why we feel so good when we connect with other women!

This is an intimate gathering where women have the opportunity to share their thoughts and feelings in a safe space, free of judgement. Here you’ll learn the art of holding space for others - deep heartfelt listening and witnessing others.

This is an open circle, meaning women can attend as regularly as they like - new women are able to join at anytime.

During this August Circle you will experience a shamanic drum journey - this is a deep reflective, exploration of your ‘inner world’. As our circle is being held on the new moon we will focus on what we can let go of as we exit the dark moon phase, then set intentions as we are reborn into the new lunar cycle.

What to Bring:

Come along with your shamanic drum and deep dive into the powerful beat of the drum! For 1 hour you will experience different drum beat patterns, sing medicine songs and connect deeply with other women. Don’t worry if you don’t have your own drum, I have a couple of drums available to use.

Feel the call of the medicine drum deep in your bones? Curious about drumming? Wondering if you want to birth your own drum? Come along to experience the frame drum for yourself.

This circle will allow you to give and receive the sacred healing vibrational medicine, our circle will be co-created, giving you the opportunity to take the lead if you feel called.
