I hold you with tenderness so you can connect and revitalise your soul! Whether that’s by attending a sound bath, a women’s circle or a workshop, know you are safe with me, to relax - deeply exhale and connect with others and yourself. You are not alone on your path to cultivating a more connected life, there are others, just like you, wanting more from life than the ‘hustle’ and busyness. Finding space in your life to create peace, mindfulness, unravel the ‘stories’ we’ve inherited and reweave a life you love!

I LOVE to connect in person! I am not an online business offering Zoom sessions, I love that this is an option for those who need it, but I’m a face to face kinda girl! Throughout all time women gathered to share stories, support one another through life’s challenges, to celebrate, to care for children and care for the elderly. Women need other women to create a supportive and nurturing community, with the past few years living in a disconnected world and in isolation the need for connection is essential. I offer opportunities for women to come together, in circle, celebration and in creativity - it’s in our female DNA to ‘tend and befriend’.

Am I a healer or a coach? Absolutely not! We are our own healer, coach, guide, guru - I simply offer the space to reconnect with ourselves and each other and hold that space in a sacred way, without judgment or fear to create a safe environment to open our hearts to dive deeply within and witness the transformation.

About me….

I’ve been an ‘old soul’ my entire life, at school I was the go to with heart break or high school dramas. I naturally fell into a caring profession after leaving school - I was a beauty therapist before having my children. Though the beauty therapy world at that time felt very superficial (think loooong acrylic nails and solariums). In recent years most people knew me for my birth support work - I’ve been a doula and birth photographer for seven years, I’ve held women and families through the most challenging and joyful experiences you can imagine. Holding space is a true gift - it’s a gift I possess and a gift I give.

Every human desires to be seen, not fixed or shaped, but SEEN for who they are, their challenges and struggles and for their triumphs. I hold space for women, as they move though each stage of life, living their own unique human experience. I’m not a coach or a healer - I’m not here to tell you what to do or how to do it. I’m not going to heal you, because you’re not broken. You don’t need to outsource your life to someone else who promises to show you the way, because who’s way is that?

I will witness you, I will listen to you and offer a safe nurturing space for you to unravel and reweave yourself, for you to find your way, in your own time. This is how we can truly step into authenticity, access and follow our own intuition - our guiding light. It all starts with kindness.

One of my highest values is kindness - for self and to others, authenticity and vulnerability. I offer sacred spaces to connect with these values - Women’s circles, gatherings and devotion offer opportunities to be kind, authentic and feel safe to be vulnerable. Sound baths support the mind, body and spirit to create a deeper connection to self, to calm the nervous system so you are capable of deep connection - with yourself and with others.

Through years of working with pregnant and birthing women, I am so comfortable witnessing and holding others through their own discomfort, inner explorations and revelations. I see you for the magical human you are - moving through, the seasons, cycles of life and the monthly cycle every women experiences. I can offer insight and a framework to traverse so it feels more comfortable and connected.

Being a notorious over thinker & ‘stresser’ I personally find it incredibly hard to switch off mentally even during traditional massages I need it to be painful as a distraction and to feel like I’ve done something and not just ~lay~ there .. well after having our gorgeous baby number 2 I really needed (!!!) to rest, my mind body and spirit. I was pleasantly surprised I was able to, after being tucked into the sound bed, I was able to just be, I wasn’t tied up in thought at all and could just go with the flow of the incredible soundtrack Bron suggested for how I was feeling at the time. I was able to completely switch off, feel restful without going sleep and was completely enjoying feeling the stress of everyday life melt away in what felt like a warm marshmallow of a bed. Thank you Bron ! Needless to say the rest of my day after being in the sound bed had a beautiful change of pace to it. X ~ Cait

I'm happy to give new things a go but tend to err on the side of scepticism. Words almost fail to encompass the experience of a sound healing session with Bron. It was simultaneously calming and invigorating, it gave me energy and clarity, a sense of purpose and ease. The dichotomous feeling was profound. The whole experience was completely immersive of all the senses and the session was structured to identify aspects of self that needed attention or clearing.
